You are probably wondering who am I to help you on your journey. I would too. Let me reassure you that I have likely been where you are, and in my 53 years I've learnt many useful lessons. I am a perpetual student, an enthusiastic teacher, patient mentor and a unique blend of woo-woo and facts.
My superpower is finding the kindest, quickest route from PROBLEM to SOLUTION; and part of that is actually FINDING the problem - gaining CLARITY and getting to the very HEART of the matter. I create a safe space for us to truly connect, and work out a clear path forward with steps along the way. Then I will be your biggest CHEERLEADER, help keep you ON TRACK and we may even have a GIGGLE or two along the way.

We begin with a Clarity Call - where we get to chat, and dive in a little bit to your situation, what you want and need. It's so you can get to know me, I can answer any questions you may have, and to see if we would be a good fit. All I ask is that you come with an open mind and heart, and we can go from there. I love working with people who are action takers (don't worry, I'll support you through any nerves or fear), people that are willing to show up as honestly as possible, and those who truly WANT RESULTS!
We then tailor the content specifically for your own situation, this is important to me, to make sure you get from the program and my lil toolbox what you NEED.
Of course I have a structure in mind, a sparkly offer to share with you, but the actual content of our sessions may vary based on your focus & dreams.

- I am a fast-talking, curious-minded Gemini Gal who identifies as an "ambivert" because in true Gemini fashion, have to embrace the duality
- I have owned several successful businesses in my career spanning 25+years - from a freelance makeup artistry biz, to a Salon/Spa, to an Registered Accredited Training Organisation, to a wholesale distribution biz, to a NDIS Disability Support business , online sales and now as a Reiki Master Practitioner and now as a Business Mentor & Mindset Coach.

- I LOVE to see others shine
- I am a chocoholic, recently discovering the joy of cacao and dark choc
- Sometimes I am allergic to getting up in the morning, though try hard most days to do my morning practice of Yi Ji Jing, journalling & meditation to start the day right
- I divorced after a 28year marriage, and started again completely about 5 years ago - the hardest decision of my life, but a blessing in disguise
- I am a perpetual student and love to be the best. I can be - I am a Reiki Master Healer, NLP & TimeLine Therapy Practitioner, Cacao Mama Facilitator, International Nailympia Judge, Business Maven, Vocational Trainer, Beauty Therapist & Soon-to-be-Your-Coach
